At HAVDEM, we are committed to delivering your order efficiently, securely, and without hidden costs. Please review the information below carefully before placing your order.


1. Dispatch Location

All orders are dispatched from:

Oxford, United Kingdom


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • We dispatch 7 days per week, including weekends.

  • Peak periods and product launches do not affect our standard processing times.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

United Kingdom

Express Shipping

  • 1–3 business days

  • £7.99

Standard Shipping

  • 2–4 business days

  • Rate calculated at checkout (if applicable)


European Union

EU Standard International

  • 2–11 business days

  • Duties & taxes included (DDP – see Section 5)


International (Rest of World)

Standard International

  • 3–17 business days

  • Duties & taxes included (DDP – see Section 5)

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing and local carrier performance.


4. Courier Partners

Within the UK, we use trusted carriers including:

  • Evri

  • DPD

  • Royal Mail

  • Yodel

International orders are delivered via established international logistics networks and finalised by your local carrier.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (DDP)

HAVDEM ships on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis.

This means:

  • All customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Clearance fees

are covered by HAVDEM at checkout.

You will not be required to pay additional fees upon delivery.


6. Tracking

All orders include tracking. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking link provided.


7. Lost Parcels

If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit:

  • A replacement will be issued, unless Customer Service determines an alternative resolution is appropriate.

  • Customers must contact HAVDEM directly for assessment and next steps.

Each claim is reviewed individually.


8. Delivered but Not Received Claims

If tracking shows the parcel as “Delivered”, the following policy applies:

  • You must report non-receipt within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

  • Claims reported after 7 days will be considered non-refundable.

If reported within 7 days:

  • An investigation will be opened with the courier.

  • If the investigation confirms misdelivery, a refund or replacement will be issued.

  • If the investigation confirms correct delivery, no refund or replacement will be provided.

HAVDEM operates a strict fraud-prevention policy. False claims will be documented and may be reported.


9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If an order is delivered to an incorrect address due to HAVDEM error:

  • A full refund or replacement will be issued.

If delivery failure is due to courier error:

  • The shipment is insured.

  • A refund or replacement will be provided following verification.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate. HAVDEM cannot guarantee amendments once an order has been processed.


10. Returned to Sender

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Other customer-related delivery issues

HAVDEM will issue a refund for the item(s) only.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


11. Delivery Delays

HAVDEM is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather events

  • Force majeure events

However, we will always assist in resolving issues where possible.
